Accelerating nearly zero energy renovation!

On April 11 and 12, TREA is organizing the first General Assembly of RenoZeb project in Tartu and Võru, bringing together the project partners from eight European countries.

RenoZeb is an international cooperation project that develops sustainable and cost-effective solutions for renovating the near-zero energy levels of buildings. RenoZEB aims to unlock the nearly Zero Energy Building (nZEB) renovation market by increasing property value through a new systemic approach to retrofitting. This will include innovative components, and processes and decision making methodologies to guide all value-chain actors in the nZEB building renovation action. RenoZEB will provide cost-effective ‘plug and play’ solutions for a large-scale deep nZEB rehabilitation schemes, ensuring the integrate-ability of all its components, methodologies, training, guidelines, and demonstration cases.

In addition to the project workshops, the consortium will visit the housing association Rannaliiva in Võru which’s house is one of the demo buildings of RenoZeb project.
